Registration FAQ's for Remodeling Show

Q:     I received an invitation for a discounted registration. How do I access the special rate?  This depends on how you received the discount code.  One of two options are possible:
A. Option A.  If you received the discount code via e-mail, click on the link inside of your email which is highlighted in yellow and says, “Register from this Email.”  That link has the discount code embedded in it and bypasses the “How did you hear..?” question.
Option B.  If you received the discount code via mail in a brochure, enter the source code on the demographics page located on page two of the online registration system. (see image below)

Q:  Why can’t the system find my registration from last year when I enter my email and address in the “Have You Been to the Show Before” box?
A: First, check all spelling for your first and last name.  Second, check that the zip code you used to register last year is what you have submitted.   If the system is still unable to find you, don’t worry; you can click the “New Registration” button and continue.  (Note:  If you were registered through a dealer group, your name may be associated with their ZIP code - check that option as well.)
   
Q:   If I register for an NAHB Designation Course, is Exhibit Hall Admission included or a separate fee?
A: When you register for any NAHB Designation course from our registration system, three-day exhibit hall admission is included with this fee.
   
Q: I am visiting the show from outside the United States and the registration form is not recognizing my address. What do I do?
A: If the system is not accepting your address, please make sure the “Country” field is changed from United States to your country prior to entering your zip code. (see image below)

International Visitors Registration question

     
Q: I am an international visitor and need a letter of invitation. Where can I find this form?
A: Visit our International Visitors page to access our self-serve Letter of Invitation system.
     
Q: I am trying to register more than one person and the system says there is an existing account. How can I register more than one person with the same email address?
A: You must enter a different email address for each person. You can set up a free yahoo account or use a “dummy” email for each person. If you use a dummy please note that you WILL NOT receive a confirmation or your payment receipt by email or be able to access CONNECT or handouts.  

Your unique email address / password combination allows you to access your registration profile in the future or conference handouts.  Additionally, if you plan to email exhibitors in advance of the show via CONNECT, you will need this information to sign in.  It is in the best interest of the registrant to register using a valid email address.
   
Q: If none of the above questions have helped me troubleshoot my registration issues, what should I do?
A:  Download a PDF of the registration form and fax it to 972-536-6364 (form available once registration opens).
