EXHIBIT BOOTH SPACE RATES

Pre-Space Draw Rate:	$27.95 per square foot For contracts received ON OR BEFORE February 3, 2012
Post-Space Draw Rate:	$29.50 per square foot For contracts received AFTER February 3, 2012

Space Draw Eligibility
Contracts with a 50% deposit received on or before February 3, 2012, will qualify for Space Draw. Contracts and deposits received after February 3, 2012, will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and will be assigned following Space Draw. Space assigned in February 2012.

Deposit Requirements
For exhibitors participating in Space Draw, 50% is due when submitting contracts on or before February 3, 2012. 100% payment is due when submitting contracts after May 14, 2012.

All exhibitors must be paid in full by May 14, 2012.

Credit Cards are accepted for deposits and full payment of booth space, sponsorships and all CONNECT Online Sponsorships. Credit Card authorization form available upon request.

EXHIBITOR SERVICE MANUAL (ESM)

The Exhibitor Service Manual is your complete online planning source for maximizing your exhibit experience at the Remodeling Show. It includes all applicable order forms including shipping, material handling, booth furnishings, etc. The ESM will be available exclusively online through your Exhibitor Portal for easy accessibility. Exhibitors will be notified by email when it is available.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Exhibitor Registration will be available online through individual online exhibiting company portals. Information regarding badge allotment for your booth personnel will also be available, along with rosters of booth personnel who have been registered in previous events. Exhibitors will be notified via email when it is available.
