As an exhibitor, you will receive one complimentary listing in the Program & Event Guide, which includes company name, description, booth number and product categories. To ensure attendees can find your booth, you must complete the listing online by July 17. If you miss this deadline, you will be included in the Addendum, a one-page list which is inserted into the printed Programs.  

Additional Listings
If you would like more than 1 company listing, there is a charge of $250 per listing. The number of additional listings is limited to three (3) per exhibiting company.

All listings must be completed no later than July 17,  2009.  Information received after this date cannot be guaranteed inclusion.

Once we receive your form we will send you an invoice which must be paid immediately or your listing will not be published.  Complete your additional company listing  now <links to PSP Zoomerang online>.

Print Booth Profile:
-- Please explain your company, products or services in no more than 50 words.
-- Use proper grammar with upper and lower case letters (NO ALL CAPS).
-- Your contact information [including phone number and booth number] will appear directly above the profile, so there is NO need to include these types of sentences in the description:
"For more information call 800.555.1234 or visit us online at www.exhibitingcompanyx.com" or "Stop by booth #2025 at the Remodeling Show."
-- Show Management reserves the right to edit any information you provide, but is NOT responsible for correcting typos or grammatical errors.
-- Information entered in this section will appear only in the printed Program & Event Guide.

Product Categories:
--  Select up to 15 product categories that best represent your company’s products or services.
--  Your company name and booth number will appear under each of the category headings that you select.
--  Product category selection determines how you match up with attendees within RemodelngShowCONNECT.

Brand Names <do we have this function turned on?>
-- Select up to 6 brand names that your company is associated with or represents.
-- Type in the brand name only; NO descriptions [i.e. type in Xerox, not Xerox Copy Machine].
-- This section is listed alphabetically, so don’t begin any brand name with “The.”
-- DO NOT press “return” or “enter” after each entry.
-- Use a semi-colon (;) to separate brand names, rather than a comma (,).
-- Your company name and booth number will appear next to the brand names you select.

Online Booth Profile:

-- Information entered in this section will appear online only.

Important notes:

-- If you don't update your listing, the company information that you completed on your booth contract will be used.
-- Changes made after July 17 will not be published in the printed Program & Event Guide, but will appear on your online listing.
